I was in another state trying to ‘shop’ online for a home in Minnesota. I tried to connect with another realtor, but was not taken seriously. I was getting pretty discouraged. I found Deb online and sent her an email which outlined my situation and my needs. She called me back within 20 minutes – and we were off to a great start.
Being out of state, I relied heavily on Deb and her expertise. I found a home online and had an in-state friend meet Deb for a walk-through of the home. My friend contacted me and said it was exactly what was on the internet. The next day I made an offer – sight, unseen. Deb took care of EVERYTHING in Minnesota. When it came time to select a mortgage company or home inspectors, and such, Deb would provide the names of direct contacts at several companies with her comments and recommendations. I was able to Google these companies and provide Deb with my choice (which always was what she recommended).
In less than a month I met Deb for the first time – it was for the final walk-through and closing. I bought a home from the internet sight unseen – THANKS to Deb!
Deb was everything I expected and more! She was looking for out me when I didn’t even know it. She had recorded all the appliance brands, etc., to make sure there were no last minute switches by the seller. Everything was perfect and I was in my new home that day!
