Both my e-PRO Certified Internet Professional and Certified Luxury Home Marketing designations offer my clients additional value!  You should be aware that out of all the licensed REALTORS® in the state of Minnesota, only about 5% of them have earned the e-PRO Certification.  In addition, I am a Founding Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation as well!

 

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.  I am very proud to have achieved this designation and my ability to offer the extra experience and education I attained in the process to my clients.  Less than 3% of licensed REALTORS® nationwide have achieved this accomplishment!

 

In addition, I have been named a "Super Real Estate Agent"  for two years running by my clients and peers as published in both Mpls St Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly, an honor shared by less than 2% of Minnesota's Licensed REALTORS®! 

 

Finally, in November 2009 I earned the brand new National Association of REALTORS® certification of Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource!  This is very exciting as there are only about 10 of us currently in the state of Minnesota!  The SFR certification is awarded to those REALTORS® who are trained to help both buyers and sellers maneuver the complexities of the short sale and foreclosure process.  

 

Note:  The registered trademark symbol behind the all capitalized REALTOR® title means I am a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS - an important designation to be aware of.  I am also a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors as well as the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.

  

 In my continuing effort to stay on top of the market and my commitment to continue educating myself to add value for my clients, in 2008 I've added to my credentials.  I am now a "Green Certified Real Estate Professional" as awarded by the Association of Energy and Environmental Real Estate Professionals.  Continuing education and new certifications are just one of the  commitments I've made to you, my clients, in order to give you the best value when you commit to working with me.

Here it is, The Best Dog Story I've Ever Heard:

A Realtor is driving around and sees a sign in front of a house: "Talking Dog for Sale."

Curious, she rings the bell, and the owner tells her the dog is in the backyard. The Realtor goes into the backyard and sees a Bernese Mountain Dog sitting there wagging her tail.

"You talk?" she asks. 

"Yep," the Berner replies.

"So, what's your story?" 

The Berner looks up and says, "Well, I discovered that I could talk when I was  pretty young. Since I wanted to help the government, I told the CIA about my gift and in no time at all they had me jetting from country to country.  I would sit in rooms with spies and world leaders because no one figured a dog would be eavesdropping. I was one of their most valuable spies for eight  years running. But the jetting around really tired me out, and I knew I wasn't getting any younger so I decided to settle down. I signed up for a job at the airport to do some undercover security work, mostly wandering near suspicious characters and listening in. I uncovered some incredible dealings and was awarded a batch of medals.  I got married, had a mess of puppies, and  now I'm just retired." 

The Realtor is amazed. She goes back in and asks the owner what he wants for the dog.

"Ten dollars."

The Realtor says, "This dog is amazing. Why on earth are you selling her so cheap?"

"Because she's a liar. She didn't do any of that stuff."
